Franklin Firefighters raise $1723.00 for Jacob Papenfuss who is

| Fire Lieutenant Burt Robertson is denied
Medical Insurance and Severance Package after Serving Community for 17 years.

Members of the City's Personnel Committee Denies
disability benefits for Lieutenant Robertson. LT Robertson is unable to
perform his duty as a firefighter due to a disease that he obtained
while serving the City of Franklin. Even though the State of Wisconsin
qualified Robertson under the presumption bill "Heart and Lung", the
city is not recognizing it as a retirement disability and denying him
his benefits. Franklin Firefighters Local 2760 and the City of Franklin
will be heading to an Arbitration case at a date to be determined. More
information will follow.
