About usThe members of Franklin Professional Firefighters welcome you to our web-site. We our the Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, and Officers that protect the Citizens of the City of Franklin as well as other communities in Southern Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. We stand strong with a membership of 38 Active Members and more filling the ranks of Honorary and life members. We are members of the PFFW, The Professional Firefighters of Wisconsin. This organization represents the Full-time Professional Firefighters throughout Wisconsin. We are also members of the IAFF, International Association of Fire Fighters. The IAFF has more than 2,700 affiliates, representing fire fighters in more than 3,500 communities in the U.S. and Canada. The 263,000 members of the IAFF are the nation’s full-time professional fire fighters and paramedics, who protect the lives and property of 80 percent of the nation’s population.
